-When placing an order, pick the items closest to what you want and leave a detailed note at checkout. 

-We are currently working on a large backlog of orders, so wait times can be up to 6 months. Please be patient!

-We will update you when we are starting your order, need additional info or have a specific process update. If you have to ask for an update that means we have no update for you. 

-In the event of an order cancellation, we will retain a 15% fee or a 25% restocking fee if work is more than halfway done 

-It's far better for wood components to be too tight than too loose. we force fit during the test fitting stage but small modifications may still be required in order to install on your specific firearm. Please contact us if you need help installing 

-Curly and fancier woods are subject to availability, its impossible to find it and when it can be found its expensive. as such we do our best to alocate wood worthy of the price you pay. if it simply isnt available at the time of order production , you will be offered a discount or the option to wait for better wood.
